Is StockUp free?

Yes. Comparing prices, browsing half-price specials, price-drop alerts, your List and Cart, and barcode scanning are all free. Premium adds the power features in the table above.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and you can delete your account (and everything with it) in the app at any time. The details are in our privacy policy.

Do I need an account?

No sign-up needed - open the app and start comparing straight away. An account is optional, for syncing across devices or subscribing to Premium.

What is Smart Shop?

Smart Shop is for when you're in the supermarket, or heading there. Pick the store and StockUp pulls that store's live prices and stock, then turns your shop into a checklist you tick off as you go. When you finish, the shop is saved to Past Purchases. It's part of StockUp Premium.

How does Quick Cart work?

You sign in to Coles or Woolworths inside the app - on your device, on their website - and StockUp adds your Cart's items to your real trolley at whichever store is cheaper. You review and check out as normal. StockUp never sees your password and never places orders.

How accurate are the prices?

They're the retailers' standard national prices, refreshed every Wednesday when the new catalogues start, so the odd store can vary from what you see. When you're actually in a store, Smart Shop pulls that store's own live prices and stock.

Does StockUp work outside Australia?

No. StockUp is built for Australian grocery shopping and covers Coles and Woolworths only. It's available on iPhone and Android in Australia.
